For Tetto Homes, this project presented a unique challenge: designing a spacious, four-story residence on a steeply sloping site. Rather than fight the terrain, we embraced it, creating a multi-level home with distinct floors – lower ground, ground, first floor, and attic. This design strategy allowed us to place the domestic staff quarters (DSQs) on the lower ground floor, keeping upper levels reserved for primary residential spaces. The result? A seamlessly connected, luxurious home that fully maximizes the sloping landscape without relying on split-level layouts.
